BIRTHDAY:
I had a fabulous birthday this year.
I kinda figured it would just be a normal day of mom and school stuff. And it sort of was, but it was also one of those days where everything seemed to go my way.
I woke up early to go work out since I hadn't for the past 2 weeks and it felt awesome. Plus, since we just set the clocks back, it didn't really feel that early (See? Everything Going My Way).
Tyler came home with a bag of treats that "Mavericks Mom" gave him to give to me for my birthday (Thanks, Lori!). EGMW (Everything Going My Way)!
I also received a delicious chocolate/sea salt candy bar from the sweet ladies I serve in the RS with. EGMW!
My friend Laura baked me some awesome chocolate cupcakes with caramel filling, sprinkled with fancy french sea salt! So fancy and so delicious! EGMW!
I got my math test back that I took Friday and thought I sucked at, I ended up getting 98/100. EGMW!
I was pulled over for driving around with a headlight out, but didn't even get a ticket. EGMW!
I promptly went to the auto parts store to get a replacement bulb (I didn't want to push my luck). They weren't sure if it was going to be the $10 bulb or the $80 bulb until they took a look at my car. Turns out it was the $10 bulb. EGMW!
(Sorry. I know the EGMW is getting obnoxious, but I feel committed to it now.)
Plus, I received awesome birthday wishes via text, FaceBook and visits. Not to mention, my family came up the previous weekend to see Tyler get baptized and celebrate mine and Tom's birthdays. EGMW!

BAPTISM:
As I just mentioned, Tyler was baptized this past Saturday. It was a fabulous day and so nice to see everyone out to support him in this big step he took. I wanted to post a picture, but can't find the memory card with it on there. When I find it, I'll post it (probably on FB).
